Quadoro Assists DAOL in Securing Financing for T-Center in Vienna
The loan was provided by UniCredit Bank Austria (UniCredit). Negotiations included both the extension and increase of the existing loan. The agreement was signed on 20 December 2024.
The T-Center, one of Vienna’s most prominent landmark office buildings, has a total rental area of approximately 84,000 m². Last year, the building was successfully certified according to BREEAM, validating its high sustainability.

DAOL’s was represented in all legal aspects of the transaction by Schönherr Rechtsanwälte (Laurenz Schwitzer, Mate Kovacs and Lea Stabentheiner); UniCredit was advised by DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
DAOL is the Korean company responsible for the asset management who has invested in the asset since March 2019. DAOL with AUM of USD 15 billion is one of the prominent Korean asset management companies renowned for its expertise and track record in overseas real estate investment and management.
DAOL and Quadoro have been working together since DAOL's acquisition of the T-Center in 2019.
