Development Project campus#4

Quadoro has already realised various real estate project developments. One example is the innovative construction project campus#4 on the site of the Campus 3 business park in Brunswick, Germany which was completed in 2023. Goldbeck Nord GmbH carried out the construction.

The modern, sustainable office building will have more than 3,000 m² of rental space spread over four floors. Each floor will offer around 800 m² of space which can be divided into two units. These flexible layouts will provide companies, the self-employed and freelancers a variety of options for working and meeting. Floor-to-ceiling windows will ensure optimal lighting conditions and a high energy standard will guarantee optimised energy costs. Air conditioning, i.e. heating and cooling, will be provided by energy floors and via ventilation. In addition, the building has been awarded a Gold Certificate from the German Sustainable Building Council.

The adjacent parking deck will be for the use of tenants. In addition, campus#4 is very accessible by public transport.
